MohMingle is intended for adults only. This page explains our approach to comply with Google Play’s Families & Child Safety Policy and to help parents and guardians understand how we protect minors.

Who this is for

MohMingle is a platform designed for users aged 18 and older. We do not design features or advertising to target minors.

Clarifications

• We do not target minors. Our content, advertising, onboarding flows, and features are designed for adults (18+).
• No knowingly collected data from users under 18. We do not knowingly collect, store, or retain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete the information in accordance with our data handling procedures.
• Reports of underage users are taken seriously. If we receive a verified report that an underage person is using the service, we will take appropriate actions immediately — including suspending or removing the account and deleting any associated data when required.

If you believe a user is under 18, or you have any child-safety concerns, please contact our support team from your registered email or via the contact options below. Provide any relevant detail (username, profile link, screenshots).

What to expect after you report

1. We acknowledge receipt of verified reports within 48 hours.
2. We investigate reports promptly and take action where appropriate (warning, suspension, or deletion of accounts).
3. If data deletion is required, we will remove data in accordance with our retention policy and applicable laws.
