Welcome to MohMingle LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the MohMingle mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy (exhibited on our official website), and any supplemental terms made available to you.

  1. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You may use the Service only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can enter into a legally binding agreement.
  • You are not barred from using dating services under applicable law.

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, current, and accurate information;
  • Keep your account secure and confidential;
  • Be solely responsible for all interactions, online and offline, arising from your use of the Service;
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, hate speech, fraud, or unlawful activity.
  1. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate profile details;
  • Not impersonate others;
  • Not use multiple or fake accounts.
  1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Prohibited activities include:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users;
  • Sharing sexually explicit content, nudity, or offensive material;
  • Impersonating others or violating intellectual property rights;
  • Using bots or scraping data from the platform;
  • Sharing personal information like phone numbers or addresses.
    We are not responsible for any harm that results from users voluntarily sharing their personal or contact information.
  1. Communication Features

MohMingle provides online messaging and chat. You understand and agree:

  • Communication may not be encrypted;
  • We may monitor conversations as permitted by law for moderation or safety;
  • You are responsible for your conversations and interactions;
  • You must not use chat to solicit, threaten, or defraud.
  1. AI Matching

We may use artificial intelligence and recommendation algorithms to suggest matches. These tools:

  • Are based on profile inputs and system analysis;
  • May evolve over time;
  • Do not guarantee compatibility or romantic success.
  1. Background Checks

Optional background checks may be available via third-party providers. By using this feature, you acknowledge:

  • Information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate;
  • MohMingle does not verify or endorse check results;
  • You are solely responsible for your offline interactions.
  1. Pricing & Subscriptions

7.1 Right to Change Prices

We may modify subscription plans and pricing at any time. Changes will take effect after notice through the app or email. Continued use after notice indicates your acceptance.

7.2 Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@MohMingle.com within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate disputes in good faith but are not required to issue a refund unless legally obligated.

  1. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for any reason including:

  • Violations of this Agreement;
  • Failure to comply with pricing terms;
  • Behavior we deem harmful, deceptive, or unlawful.

We have no obligation to restore access or retained data following termination.

  1. Privacy and Data Use

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, exhibited on our official website. By using the Service, you consent to:

  • The collection and use of your personal data, including profile data, location, and behavioral metrics;
  • Use of data to power AI features and safety tools;
  • Sharing your data with third-party providers (e.g., cloud services, payment processors, background check vendors).

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data but do not guarantee its absolute security.

  1. User Responsibility for Personal Information

You agree not to disclose:

  • Your home address, phone number, email, financial info, or social media handles through the Service to other users.

We disclaim any liability for harm resulting from your sharing of such information and urge users to use caution when interacting online and in person.

  1. Content Ownership & Guidelines
  • You retain ownership of any content you post (e.g., photos, bios).
  • By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display your content in connection with the Service.
  • We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates our terms or community standards.
  1. Modifications to Terms
  • We may modify this Agreement at any time. Material updates will be communicated via in-app message or email.
  • Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
  1. Disclaimers and Liability
  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee success, compatibility, or the safety of any user interaction.
  • You use the Service at your own risk, including when meeting users in real life.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for damages, including personal injury, financial loss, or emotional distress, resulting from use of the Service.
  1. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Arbitration

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules. Arbitration will occur in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

14.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative action.

14.3 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

  1. Consent and Agreement

To use the Service, you must affirmatively accept this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.
